Admission Policy at SITASRM ENGINEERING & RESEARCH INSTITUTE

B.Tech Admissions

We offers admissions to its B.Tech programs through the following criteria:

• AKTU Counseling / JEE Mains Rank / CUET Rank
• Candidates must have passed Class 12 from UP board/ CBSE or any other equivalent board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 45% aggregate in Class 12 (40% for SC/ ST candidates)

Admission Process

Category-I:

• Candidates who have been allotted SITASRM ENGINEERING & RESEARCH INSTITUTE ENGINEERING AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE through Counseling and have paid the initial fees (Rs.20000/Rs.12000) to UPTAC-2025 are required to report at the institute campus for mandatory physical reporting.
• As per the directives of AKTU/UPTAC-2025, allotment of those candidates shall be treated as cancelled who fail to report in person at the SITASRM ENGINEERING & RESEARCH INSTITUTE campus or fail to complete all four requisite steps (including fee deposit) of the reporting process within the specified time limit and schedule.
• No request for extension of reporting time shall be entertained.

Category-II:

• Candidates who have registered against Management Quota / Vacant Seats and subsequently confirmed their admission by the Institute Admission Cell are required to report at the institute campus for mandatory physical reporting.
• As per the rules, admission of those candidates shall be treated as cancelled who fail to report in person at the SITASRM ENGINEERING & RESEARCH INSTITUTE campus or fail to complete all four requisite steps (including deposit of fees) of the reporting process within the time limit and schedule.
• No request for extension of reporting time shall be entertained.

Refund Policy

• If the application is received on or before 15.08.2025, the full fee will be refunded after a deduction of Rs.5000/- (registration fees).
• For applications received after 15.08.2025, no amount will be refunded except caution money (if deposited).
• The last date for refund eligibility has been decided and communicated by the AICTE, New Delhi, via its academic calendar session 2025-26.
